This homemade party mix is SO addicting… you’ve been warned. Adapted from the Original Chex™ Party Mix, my family has been making it for years; each batch being a little different based on what we had on hand, but always needing to be doubled. So, this is just that, a doubled-up batch with some tweaks here and there. The wheat squares and mixed nuts are still invited to the party but are scaled back to make room for a favorite—Cheerios, I’m looking at you—that soak up all that salty, buttery goodness. Whether you meticulously balance each handful or shamelessly pick out the best pieces, one thing’s for sure—this irresistible, crunchy snack will disappear fast.
